      https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/multi_monitor_tool.html

      MultiMonitorTool.exe /disable \.\DISPLAY3

      And, for single monitors, my comment from a year ago still works.

      @Wesley-Correa, if you share your computer with another TRIGGERcmd user, all of the commands on that computer are shared.

      Are you seeing the commands you created in commands.json on the website?

      @Ruan-Barros, it looks like it added the Gnome Editor command the first time, and the second time it found that Gnome Editor is the only foreground command in you commands.json file so it didn't need to add anything new - Gnome Editor was already added to your computer in your account. You're running the agent in foreground mode so it will ignore any commands with ground = background.

      If you click the green Trigger button for Gnome Editor it will probably try to run it. You should see that in your agent output.

      @Christian-Robinson ,

      I fixed that bug. Sorry it took so long. I posted v1.0.5 just now.

      To remove your existing duplicates, just change the trigger name and save commands.json.

      Thanks again for telling me, and thanks for your patience.

      Thanks @gfmendes. I don't know why certain words would work better. The TRIGGERcmd Smart Home Alexa skill simulates a light switch for each command, so I thought ligar and desligar would work best. Google Translate tells me those are the translations for "turn on" and "turn off" which is how I tend say it in English. I can also say, "calculator off".

      This page gives some background too if you're interested:

      @Steve-Gardinier, you should not paste your token into that Pair Code field. It's not meant for that.

      You should install the TRIGGERcmd Agent on your computer, then paste your token into this screen:

      @russ thanks, I removed the deviceType from my json file and had Alexa rediscover and they do still dim. I edited my previous post.
      It should be noted that using dim turns the device to that value. So if you turn a light on (100%) then say dim 20% it doesn't set the light level to 80 but instead sets the light level to 20.
      At least that's the way it works for HG.

      Awesome @Valter-Santos ! Thanks for your patience, and for showing me this bug. I'm working on the fix now.

      EDIT: It should be fixed now, so it won't error even if you do have multiple triggers with the same name on the same computer.

      ?

      @Nate-Hales you said "I have alexa on the "Line in" with "Listen" enabled, so I can hear her and whatever is running on my windows 10"

      I tried this with alexa and got some odd noises when she was listening so i had to unplug her. Did you have that problem and find a fix or just didnt have it? im in the same setup.. htpc does all the sound.

      @Jim-Potash, in your Alexa app it shows you what Alexa is hearing you say, so you can use that to match your voice words for your computer and your command.

      The word "reboot" for the command should be no problem, but you might have better luck using a different voice word for the computer.

      @djmalcom, I used to have the SmartThings code immediately turn the switch back on every time you turn it off, so effectively it's always on. I left the line that did that remarked out. Just un-remark (remove the //) that off() line.

      // handle commands def on() { log.debug "Executing 'on'" sendEvent(name:"switch",value:on) parent.on(this) // off() }

      @André-Ricardo-da-Costa, thanks for confirming you're using 32bit Windows. That explains why you can't use the normal installer.

      Are those spaces actually in your commands.json file? I can tell from that output that there's some invalid json in your commands.json file. That's why the agent is trying to restore your backup commands.json.

      If you're adding the spaces because this forum software changes your text, you can show me your exact text by putting 3 back-ticks before and after your text: ```

      That's what I did here:

      [ { "trigger": "Calculator", "command": "calc", "ground": "foreground", "voice": "calculator" }, { "trigger": "Zoom", "command": "C:\\Users\\MY TV\\AppData\\Roaming\\Zoom\\bin\\Zoom.exe", "ground": "foreground", "voice": "zoom", "voiceReply": "", "allowParams": "false" } ]

      I think the above commands.json should work for you. Please try using only that text in your commands.json.

      ...but unfortunately, Amazon has set up restrictions:

      "Response length – The combined total time for the entire audio response generated from the components cannot be more than 240 seconds."

      BUT...

      "Our API throttling limits will allow up to 30 calls within a 60 second window…anything above that will block subsequent requests for the next 15 minutes."

      So, no creating a music box isn't really doable - a text reader/TTS no problem!
