I did a post here about how to turn on a computer. It requires another computer on your lan that's always on. I use a Raspberry Pi. Also, the computer you turn on must have Wake-On-Lan enabled in the BIOS.

@Russ as you like him, please check on this... based on Felps tutorials, I reach your skill Triggercmd, and that was what i did (Actually he saw it and used on a tutorial:
