Para abrir o league of legends, você vai precisar adicionar um novo registro com o comando abaixo:

"C:\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe" --launch-product=league_of_legends --launch-patchline=live

Esse caminho é relativo ao local onde está o seu jogo instalado.
Após isso, vá até seu aplicativo gerenciador da Alexa e monitore novos dispositivos. Quando ele encontrar o dispositivo "league-of-legends" que tu criou no triggercmd, basta criar uma rotina que use esse dispositivo para abrir jogo.

Qualquer duvida comente aqui que ajudarei no que precisar.

I use an Alexa routine for when my phone leaves my home area to run that TCMD device.

@Pedro-Albuquerque There is no such command for that, for security reasons.

@Lucca-Fernandes Just use Wake On Lan, search Google for more details and to see if your motherboard is compatible.

Try putting an & between them. e.g. cls & dir

@Cristian-Fernández-rey, please check out this post about using wake-on-lan.

You'll need another computer on your network that's turned on that will send the magic packet to your computer that you want to turn on.

Can you confirm you have two computers, and tell me what operating systems they run?

@jpottoni, you should be able to make a command like this and it will play in your default video player:

start "C:\Your videos\Your Video.mkv"

@Carlos-Ignacio-Ponce-Brito, yes, you could use that if "%1"=="on" and if "%1"=="off" in a .bat file to open and close any program.

Or instead of using a .bat file, now you can use the Off Command field instead like this:

You have to set Allow Parameters to true before you can use the Off Command field.

@Eric-Condé, you probably need to delete the computer in your account, then run the TRIGGERcmd agent. It will prompt for a token and create a new computer in your account.
