I cant use TRIGGERcmd

I cant use TRIGGERcmd because my alexa It does not recognize the commands, but in the computer if it works, does anyone know a solution?

What do you say to your Alexa device?

@Carlos-Andrés-Lara-López, good question @Mike. @Carlos-Andrés-Lara-López , what are you saying to Alexa, and what is Alexa saying back to you?

Also, are you using the newer "Smart Home" skill that creates a smart home device for each command?

If not, please switch to that skill. It recognizes your words much better because Alexa has a list of your commands ahead of time and only has to match what you said to one of them.
