      Installation Failed, Failed to extract installer - the message when i run installer

      Have definitely got a 64bit machine running Windows 10 - 64 bit

        @phil-davenport, I have a couple ideas. You could try right-clicking it and running "As administrator" or maybe just re-download it and try again.

          Hi, tried both those options multiple times last night (forgot to say). It seems to come up with this message almost instantly when I try to run the installer. It’s a Ryzen 1800 system, Win 10, 16gb and a vive pro. I use 360 total protection as AV.

                @phil-davenport, I'm glad you mentioned your AV software! I keep forgetting some AV applications break the installer. Please try temporarily disabling that during the TRIGGERcmd agent install. I think that will work.
