Shutdown command doesn't work on Windows Server

Hello, quick question please
I am trying to use only one cmd in my mini-enterprise server: the shutdown.
Other triggers work fine as chrome and calculator, but the shutdown simply doesn't do nothing. Any help? Maybe some permission I don't know?

@matheus-venancio What is the actual command that you're using? And does it work from a cmd prompt?
