No option to add commands

I´ve just started using Triggercmd and the option "add command" is not shown on the menu.
All I have is the menu as it is on the image attached.
What should I do to be able to add commands?

@carvalhoalvez you can only add commands using the agent software you install on your computer.
You'll find the download links on the Instructions page or on the triggercmd.com home page.
