Is window 7 64bit not compatible?

Hello guys,
My operation of window is 7 version 64 bit.

The screen was a little weird when I installed the program, and after the installation, I saw an icon on the taskbar, but I couldn't see any program screen. Should I install window 10?

@h6477801471, when you right-click the TRIGGERcmd tray icon, does it bring up this menu?

If not, maybe it's because you're running Windows 7. I recommend upgrading to Windows 10 anyway though because you'll get security patches (until October 14, 2025).
