Hi. I just paid the subscription because I thought triggercmd could help me with some tasks. Though, the commands that once worked are not working anymore. Today I created a new command but Alexa did not find it. Also, many commands I had already deleted are still in Alexa's device list. I already disabled the skill and logged in but it did not work.

I need some help. Not sure if I am doing something wrong but if I am, please help me.

You need to manually delete devices from the Alexa app. I believe you must delete one at a time as well. (I'm not sure if the option to delete all devices has been fixed yet)

@tuicemen thanks for your response. What about the other problems, any suggestion?

@brunocunha, Sorry I'm very new to using TRIGGERcmd myself (still in the testing stage).
I'm sure @Russ can help you sort this out once he logs on.

@brunocunha, if you haven't done this already, please try this.

Go to here and delete all of your Smart Home devices using the Remove All button at the bottom of the page, then click the Discover button.

Check to see if your TRIGGERcmd Smart Home devices come back.

If they didn't come back, go here and disable the skill to unlink, then re-link your account.
