Bug fix: special characters like í õ ã ê á were breaking the Smart Home skill / action

The TRIGGERcmd Smart Home Alexa skill and Google Action were failing to run commands on computers with names like Joaquín. I found that it worked if we replaced the í character with an i.
Now you don't have to do that. You can use special characters like í õ ã ê á and it will still work.
