I canceled my subscription today on PayPal just so it won't renew automatically and I received this email:

Even though I paid for the whole year, does that mean I won't be able to use all the features anymore? My subscription should go untill Jan 2023.

@brunocunha, that's the way Paypal's subscription system works - either you're subscribed or you're not, so the best time to cancel is right before it renews for another year. I looked up your subscription - I see you subscribed on January 4, 2022, so at least you got most of the year.

I put this on the Instructions page but people still miss it sometimes:

WARNING: If you cancel your subscription before your annual renewal, your subscription (and its benefits) will end right away.

@russ well, honestly this shouldn't be my problem. This shouldn't be customers problems. TriggerCMD should find a better subscription platform. I wasn't sure if I'd renew my subscription and now I am 100% sure I won't.
