    Program runs from GUI, but not from Alexa

      Hi Russ, Programs run in the GUI editor, but when I ask Alexa to turn on notepad, she beeps but the program does not run "C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\notepad++.exe". Same thing happens with other programs.

        @Chaim-Tscholkowsky, I just tried it and it's working for me. I assume you're using the TRIGGERcmd Smart Home version of the Alexa skill?

        Please confirm you've set Ground = foreground. If it's background, that could be the problem.

        These are my settings:

          @Russ Thank you Changing the "ground" to "foreground" fixed everything.
